Return and exchange are subject to the following conditions:
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you according to the following criteria:
A – If the site is unable to complete the purchase process, a period of 7-10 days must be given from the date of the order to refund the amount.
B – Cancel or return the order in the following cases:
1 – When products are lost during delivery.
2 – If the product is damaged.
3 – If delivery is delayed for more than 10 working days.
4 – You can cancel any purchase before shipping, and once shipped, the product will not be returned if it reaches you intact and in accordance with the order.
C – Products purchased through promotional offers are refunded according to their promotional price.
D – If the product is not as ordered or is damaged, we will refund the delivery fees in full. However, if you choose to keep some products, we may retain the balance of the delivery fees that apply to the products you keep.
R – If you wish to replace the product, you can do so within seven days from the date of receipt. The replacement will be for items of the same value, provided that they have not been used in any way, have not been opened, and are with their original invoice. Shipping and delivery fees for replacement and reshipment are borne by the buyer.
Q – For frozen and refrigerated foods, dairy and bakery products, and ready-made foods and sweets, we do not offer any replacement, return, or refund once they are sold and delivered for shipping, unless they are damaged prior to the time of purcha
