2 – Registration:

Food World Company does not bear any responsibility for any electronic damage that occurs to the user, as a result of an error or malfunction by the technology companies serving the website.
3 – Password and Security:
1/3 When registering to use the Food World website (foodworld.ae), you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you must notify us immediately by contacting Customer Service.
2/3 If Foodworld.ae has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Foodworld.ae website, we may require you to change your password, or we may suspend your account in accordance with the terms and conditions.
4 – Suspension, Termination and Cancellation of Your Account on Our Site:
A – We may, in our sole discretion and without prejudice to any of our rights and remedies and without any liability to you, restrict, suspend or permanently withdraw your access to our Services, and cancel any order for a Product(s) for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
1 – If we believe that you have violated, breached, misused, manipulated or exploited any provision of these Terms of Use.
2 – If you use our Platform or Services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence, or misuse our policy and rules.
B – We reserve the right to take appropriate action if we suspect that you have acted fraudulently, or if you have made invalid, and/or false claims, or provided false, incomplete or misleading information.
You may be engaged in fraudulent activities if any of the following (but not limited to):
1 – You do not respond to the payment verification email we send.
2 – If you fail to provide sufficient documentation while verifying your payment details.
3 – If you have used an invalid address, email and phone number.
4 – If you return a product after it has been used or damaged by you.
5 – If you refuse to pay for the order.
6 – If you mistreat or harass delivery personnel.
7 – Various activities that are carried out with the sole purpose of causing loss of business/revenue to Food World Company.
8 – Your return rate, non-receipt rate is very high, and returned products are often missing, counterfeit or damaged.
9 – Repeated requests for financial compensation.
5 – Use of social media sites:
1/5 Food World website includes a number of social media sites that may allow users to interact with each other

2/5 We advise you not to post or disclose in any way any of your personal information on social media sites (for example: your address, telephone number or email).
3/5 The Food World website does not control or moderate the content on social media sites. However, the website reserves the right to refuse to publish material and remove material posted on social media sites, and to contact you if there are concerns about the content you have added, and the website may review or edit the content of social media sites.
4/5 The website makes no representations about the accuracy of any opinion, advice, information or statement displayed on message boards by third parties. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages posted on message boards, and the opinions expressed by individuals do not represent the opinions of the website.

The Food World website may contain some advertisements and commercial sponsorships, and advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that the materials provided on the Food World website comply with the website policy. We confirm that we will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in the advertising materials and sponsorships provided by third parties.

You are prohibited from violating the security of the website, including, but not limited to:

(b) seeking to investigate or test the exposure of a system or network or breach security measures, or verification, without obtaining the appropriate authorization.

9 – Product specifications, prices and availability:
1/9 We have taken care to describe and display the Products as accurately as possible. However, Products may differ from their specifications, and Product images are for representation purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual Product. If there is anything you do not understand or if you would like further information, please contact Customer Service. The specifications/performance of the Products stated against each of them (including those for allergy-free products) are based on the catalogue and technical literature printed by the manufacturer/agent/supplier/vendor. Therefore, the writing provided against each Product is not from the Website and is subject to change without notice.
2/9 If we mistakenly reduce the price of a Product, we will not be responsible for providing you with that Product at the specified price, and you will be notified before the Product is dispatched to you. In such circumstances we will notify you of the correct price, so that you can decide whether you wish to order the product at that price or not. If you decide not to order the product we will refund you the full amount already paid for the product in accordance with our refund policy.
3/9 Payment will be processed before dispatch of the product you have ordered. If we are forced to cancel the order after payment has been processed, the said amount will be returned to your credit card account. No cash payments may be made under any circumstances.
4/9 The product price does not include delivery fees, which will depend on the delivery method you choose, and will be added during the order.
5/9 Product prices and offers may vary between our online store and our company’s direct points of sale.
6/9 Some products may be available at our direct points of sale and not available on the online store, and some may be available in the store and not available at direct points of sale.
11 – Cancelling the order: (Carrefour)
Please note that there may be some purchase orders that we have the right to refuse or cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Certain circumstances may result in your order being cancelled due to limited quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or difficulties identified by our relevant management. We may also request additional verification or data before accepting any order. We will contact you
If all or any part of your order is cancelled, or if additional data is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after payment, the company will refund the amounts as follows:
(1) In the case of credit cards/direct debit cards, we will issue a credit to your credit card/direct debit card in the amount of the price.
(2) In the case of cash payment, we will refund the amount through any of our direct sales centers.
12 – Cancel your order if you change your mind:
1/12 If you cancel the order, the site will cancel the order based on your request and the online transaction fees will not be refunded, and the site will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped. The electronic food world site has the full right to prove whether the order has been shipped or not, and the customer agrees not to object to the decision taken by the site, and to accept the decision regarding cancellation.

14 – Free Gifts and Promotional Items:
1/14 Free gifts and promotional items associated with a purchase may be sent separately and delivery times may vary.
2/14 If you change your mind and return your product, you must also return any free gift, or promotional item associated with a promotion that you received as a result of that order, and we may charge you a reasonable amount for the free gift if you do not return it.
15 – Credit Card/Debit Card Details:
We reserve the right to refuse to accept or cancel your credit card/debit card, if the transaction has been accepted, at our sole discretion, as part of our fraud detection program.
The credit card/debit card details provided by you to avail the services of the website must be true, valid and accurate, and you must use the credit card/debit card that is legally owned by you. The above data will not be used or exchanged by us with third parties, unless required to verify fraud, or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any fraudulent use of the credit card/debit card. The responsibility for using a card fraudulently will rest with you, and the burden of proving otherwise will rest exclusively with us.

We reserve the right to recover the price of the products, their collection costs and attorneys’ fees, from persons who use the website fraudulently. Shipping, Delivery and Handling:
Please note that we receive your orders daily, and delivery is from Sunday to Thursday, Friday is a holiday and Saturday is half-day.

We will make every effort to deliver all your products within 1-3 business days from the date of your order and will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
If the shipment is not received by the customer, this will result in deducting the shipping fee in addition to deducting the packaging value if the order contains packaging of the products.
Shipping times may increase during seasons, occasions and holidays, due to the high pressure on shipping and delivery companies.
If refrigerated and non-refrigerated products are ordered, each will be delivered with a different delivery company.
Delivery fees: Shipping costs will be calculated as follows:
1 – Size, weight, and type of product, refrigerated or non-refrigerated.
2 – Shipping plan and program.
3 – The place or location to which you ship the orders.
Delivery of the product via express mail or through the suppliers’ order delivery service is usually done from door to door, but sometimes the product may not be delivered by express mail due to restrictions by the express mail company or due to local laws. The delivery fees are stated upon request.
Some suppliers may ship their products directly to you, and this is stated upon request, so the delivery is their responsibility.
Affiliate Marketing System and Policies:
Affiliate Marketing Mechanism: The person wishing to market the products of the Food World Company and its online store submits a request to register for affiliate marketing. After approval of his request, he is given a special link from the Food World Company’s online store. The marketer publishes and promotes that link, and any customer who visits the store through that link and makes a complete purchase, the marketer is entitled to a specific commission based on it.
Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions:
1- The affiliate marketer is entitled to a commission of (8%) of the total price of the products, minus the added value and delivery fees.
2- The affiliate marketer has the right to claim the commission due from Alam Al-Ghada Company at the end of each month, as well as upon termination of the contractual relationship, and he has no right to claim it before that.
3- The commission is calculated on the completed orders received by the customer, and not returned.
4- The commission is deposited to the marketer at the end of the calendar month into his bank account, except for pending orders awaiting receipt.
5- The marketer is provided with a report on the number of orders and the commission due once a month.
6- The marketer acknowledges that he is an external party, who has no relation to representing Alam Al-Ghada Company, from near or far, with the rest of the work outside the framework of affiliate marketing.
7- The marketer acknowledges his commitment to the general system and law while carrying out his marketing work, and the institution does not bear the consequences of any action outside that.
8- The relationship between the company ends
The Food World and the Marketer, once the marketing contract has ended, whether he terminated it at his request or the company terminated it, and after the end of the relationship, he is not entitled to claim the commission for any sales made through his link after the expiration date.
9 – Both parties have the right to terminate the relationship at any time without the need to provide any justification or compensation, provided that the Food World store notifies the marketer of the termination decision.
Return and Exchange Policy
Dear Customer: Your satisfaction with your purchases is important to us.
Return and exchange are subject to the following conditions:
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you according to the following criteria:
A – If the site is unable to complete the purchase process, a period of 7-10 days must be given from the date of the request to refund the amount.
B – Cancel or return the order in the following cases:
1 – When the products are lost during the delivery process.
2 – If the product is damaged.
3 – If the delivery is delayed for more than 10 working days.
4 – You can cancel any purchase before shipping, and once shipped, the product will not be returned if it reaches you intact and in accordance with the order.
C – Products purchased through promotional offers will be refunded according to their promotional price.
D – If the product is not what is required or reaches you damaged, we will refund the delivery fees in full, but if you choose to keep some of the products, we may retain the balance of the delivery fees that apply to the products you keep.
R – If you wish to replace the product, you can do so within seven days from the date of receipt, and the replacement will be with items of the same value, provided that they have not been used in any way, have not been opened, and are with their original invoice, and the shipping and delivery fees for replacement and re-sending are borne by the buyer.
Q – For frozen and chilled foods, dairy and bakery products, ready-to-eat foods and desserts, we do not offer any exchange, return or refund, once sold and delivered for shipment, unless they are damaged prior to the time of purchase.
